Terms and Conditions for moving non-refundable retainers:
The quick answer is this: IF YOUR WEDDING IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED before 60 days before your wedding, we are offering our current brides the option of a one-time transfer of your non-refundable retainer to any available date within one year of the cancelled event date, on a first come, first served basis. If your wedding is directly affected less than 60 days full amount is still due and you can do a one-time transfer to any available date within one year of the cancelled date, on a first come, first served basis.
Once you have contacted us, we can offer to put a ‘soft hold’ on your chosen reschedule date, if available, until you have final confirmation. An amendment will be initiated at the time of final confirmation of a date change. Please note: a ‘soft hold’ means the date is not confirmed until we have a signed amendment to the current agreement. If we receive another bridal inquiry for the same date, we will contact you and offer you the right of first refusal, at which point you will have 24 hours to decide if you’d like to confirm the new date. If you are booking into 2025, a new contract (with either current or new rates, depending on circumstance listed below), will be required.
